From handshake to final inspection
New structures follow the same path every time. After your free in-person estimate and written quote, engineering runs about seven business days*, then we pull your county permit — timelines vary by jurisdiction and we'll give you an honest read on yours before you sign. Once materials and permits are in hand, most enclosures go up in about three to five working days*, and you sign off with our crew lead at the final walkthrough before we call it done.
