Screen'D In

Built for Florida, engineered for your yard

A pool enclosure is a structure, not an accessory. Ours are engineered to Florida wind-load requirements, built with marine-grade aluminum from Eastern Metal Supply and 410 stainless steel fasteners (316 stainless available for maximum coastal corrosion resistance), and installed by our crews. That's why we can put a real warranty behind them: one-year no-hassle coverage, two-year workmanship, and 5–10-year screen materials.

From handshake to final inspection

After your free in-person estimate, your written quote lands fast. Say yes, and we take it from there: engineering runs about seven business days*, then we pull your county permit — about two weeks* in St. Johns or Clay, two to four* in Nassau, and honestly unpredictable in Duval, where we've seen everything from two weeks to two months*. Once materials and permits are in hand, the build itself takes about three to five working days*. We'll never hide the timeline to win the job.

*Timelines are estimates and can vary with county permitting, season, and site conditions.

Descending back walls, stepped elevations, and enclosures shaped to sloped or waterfront lots.

Integrated comfort

Insulated roof sections, patio covers, and motorized screens can all be built into one seamless structure.

Screen choices

Standard fiberglass, no-see-um mesh, solar shading, privacy, pet-resistant, and waterproof privacy panels.

Self-closing doors, kickplates, and roof access doors that make gutter cleaning safe and simple.

Footers and decks, handled

If your project needs footers or paver decking under the new enclosure, we handle that as part of the job — one schedule, one point of accountability, no coordinating a second contractor.
