- How long does a new pool enclosure take?
- About three to five working days of on-site building. The full journey — engineering (about seven business days), your county's permit, then the build — typically runs four to eight weeks from signed contract, mostly depending on which county you're in.
- Do you handle permits?
- Yes, completely. We run the engineering and pull the permit in every county we serve. Typical permit times: St. Johns, Clay, and the beach municipalities around two weeks; Nassau County two to four weeks; Duval anywhere from two weeks to two months — and we'll tell you your county's reality before you sign.
- Do you handle HOA approval?
- We prepare everything your HOA application needs — drawings, specs, product details — usually within a week. The submission itself goes through you, the homeowner, since HOAs deal directly with residents. Timing then depends on your board's meeting schedule.
- What warranty do you offer?
- One-year no-hassle coverage on the whole project, a two-year workmanship warranty, and 5- or 10-year material warranties on the screen mesh depending on which product you choose. Full terms in writing, always.
- How much does a screen enclosure cost?

- How soon can you start?
- Usually faster than you'd expect — call and we'll tell you the current schedule honestly. Once permits clear, your build slot is locked.
- Do you use stainless steel hardware?
- Yes — 410 stainless steel fasteners are our standard on every build, with 316 stainless available as an upgrade for maximum corrosion resistance in direct coastal exposure.
- Rescreen or repair — how do I know?
- One or two damaged panels is a repair. Panels failing repeatedly, sagging, or crumbling when touched — common around the ten-year mark — means a full rescreen, which resets every panel and starts a fresh 5–10-year material warranty.
- What screen types do you offer?
- Standard fiberglass, no-see-um fine mesh, solar shading screen, privacy screen, pet-resistant screen, and waterproof privacy panels — and you can mix them panel-by-panel across one enclosure.
- Do you repair enclosures you didn't build?
- Usually, yes — screens, doors, and hardware on sound structures. If the underlying aluminum is old and badly corroded, we'll tell you the truth about it rather than attach new parts to a failing frame.
- How far do you travel?
- Fernandina Beach down to Palm Coast, and west through Orange Park, Fleming Island, Green Cove Springs, and Middleburg — roughly an hour's radius of the Jacksonville–St. Johns area. If you're not sure whether you're in range, call and we'll tell you straight.
- What happens after a storm?

- Do you offer financing?
