Patio Covers & Insulated Roofs
Real shade, real rain protection, engineered as a system — not stapled on as an afterthought.
The Renaissance system
We're proud to build the Renaissance patio cover line — a fully engineered system with clean architectural lines, integrated drainage, and finishes that look like part of the house rather than an add-on. It's the product we'd put on our own homes, and demand across Florida has exploded for good reason: it delivers a genuine outdoor room, rain or shine.

Insulated roofs — cooler, quieter, stronger
Insulated roof panels drop the temperature under your cover, hush the rain, and are strong enough to support fans and lighting. We build them standalone or as hybrids — an insulated roof section over the dining area, full screen enclosure beyond it — one integrated structure, one permit, one warranty.

Polycarbonate roof panels — rated for Florida wind
A polycarbonate patio roof is a translucent multiwall panel system that covers a patio or pergola while still letting daylight through. Ours is an 8mm four-wall panel in a leakproof standing-seam profile, tested to withstand winds up to 139 mph and certified under NOA #24-0611.05 with no cross bracing required — which is why we build this system across Northeast Florida instead of a generic corrugated panel.
The seams are leakproof rather than merely water-resistant, so the space underneath stays usable in an afternoon downpour; all it needs is a slight slope, which we design in or correct on a retrofit. The panels are rated to a 50 psf structural load and carry a Class A fire rating.
The panels come in a range of tints, so you choose how much light you keep and how much heat you shed. The darker and opaque options run measurably cooler underneath than a fully transparent panel — as much as 20 degrees — and we'll walk you through what fits your patio when we come out.

Yes, like any engineered structure. We handle engineering and permitting in every county we serve.

Choose it over a solid insulated aluminum roof when you don't want to darken the rooms behind the patio. Insulated panels stay the better pick if your priority is maximum heat and noise reduction, or if you want to hang fans and lighting from the roof itself.
