When to rescreen instead of repair
Florida sun is brutal on screen mesh. Around the ten-year mark, panels get brittle, sag, and start failing one after another. If you're replacing panels more than once a season, a full rescreen almost always beats chasing repairs — every panel new, every spline fresh, one warranty covering all of it.
Better mesh than the day it was built
A rescreen is the perfect time to upgrade: no-see-um mesh for the marsh-adjacent, solar screen to knock down heat, privacy mesh where neighbors got closer, pet-resistant panels down low where they take the abuse. Every option carries a 5- or 10-year material warranty.
What we check while we're up there
Our crews inspect fasteners, cables, and structural connections during every rescreen and tell you the truth about what we find. What we won't do is rebuild another company's badly corroded structure and put our name on it — if the aluminum itself is failing, we'll tell you straight and talk about what a sound replacement looks like.
