We will come as far down as Palm Coast, and we say no past that rather than overpromise a drive we cannot sustain for a warranty call two years later. What we build here splits two ways: enclosures close enough to the water that hardware choice genuinely matters, and new-construction lanais out in the communities that keep spreading inland.
Near the coast, fasteners are what fail first — which is why 410 stainless steel is our standard on every build, with 316 marine-grade available when the exposure justifies it. Screens are replaceable; corroded connections are a much bigger conversation. St. Johns County permitting tends to move at a steady pace compared with its neighbors, and we will give you an honest read on the current timeline before you sign anything.

Salt air attacks fasteners long before it bothers the aluminum or the mesh, so 410 stainless steel is our standard everywhere and 316 marine-grade is the upgrade for genuinely exposed sites. It is worth asking any other quote you are holding what fasteners they have specified — it is the cheapest place for a builder to cut.
