Fleming Island & Clay County
Fleming Island is the western anchor of where we work. The housing here covers the full range — established streets where the pool cage is overdue for fresh mesh, and newer communities where the covered patio is still bare and unusable after sundown. We build new enclosures and lanais across the county — including Orange Park — and rescreen plenty of both. Clay County is a smaller share of our week than St. Johns, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise.
Clay has been one of the steadier counties we permit in, and we will give you an honest read on where it stands before you sign — engineering runs ahead of submission either way. Every enclosure includes two doors as standard, 410 stainless steel fasteners throughout, and a warranty in writing: one year no-hassle on the project, two years on workmanship, and five or ten years on the screen material.

It is a smaller share of our schedule than St. Johns County, so call and we will tell you honestly where the calendar stands rather than quoting a slot we cannot hold.
Clay has been one of the steadier counties we work in, but permitting moves around and we will not quote a window we do not control. Engineering takes about seven business days and happens before submission, so that part is predictable — we will give you a straight read on the county's current pace at your estimate.
Two doors — a 36-inch and a 42-inch — 410 stainless steel fasteners throughout, and any footers or paver decking the project needs, handled on one schedule. Warranty is one year no-hassle, two years workmanship, and five or ten years on the mesh depending on which product you choose.
